Day of Prayer

The Pray for Revival meeting on Saturday 12th May will be in Loanends Hall beginning at 8.00am running through to 10.00am. Following this, the Minor Hall will be open for continuous prayer until 8.00am on Sunday 13th. Come and go as you please staying for as long or as short a time as you can.


Tune up those skills and get ready to show them at a series of evening football events beginning on Wednesday 2nd May at 7.30pm in or outside the church hall depending on the weather.


The PW invite you to afternoon tea in the church hall on Saturday 28th April from 3.00pm. Entertainment is by “The Men’s Shed” and tickets cost £10 or you can pay at the door. Proceeds go to Missions.

KLIP Country Themed Fund Raiser

Get your cowboy/cowgirl boots on and ride over to Loanends on Friday 27th at 7.30pm for a night of line dancing and country themed games all in aid of Stand by Me. It’s open to all ages so check it out on Facebook.

Girls’ Brigade Display

Make sure to arrive early if you want a front row seat for the Girls’ Brigade display and presentation of awards on Saturday 21st April. The starting time is 7.30pm.

Templepatrick Presbytery Festival of Praise

Thursday 19th April sees the 49th running of the Templepatrick Festival of Praise. This year, it is being hosted by 1st Ballyeaston Presbyterian Church and it all kicks off at 7.45pm. Everyone is welcome.

Musical Afternoon

Here is the exciting programme for the Musical Afternoon taking place in the church this Sunday 15th April beginning at 3.00pm.

3.00pm – Loanends PS Orchestra and instrumental solos

3.30pm – Dundrod Silver Band

4.00pm – Solid Ground (vocal trio)

4.30pm – Killead PC Instrumental Group with vocal solos by Carrie McClenaghan and Ruth Armstrong

5.00pm – Sam and James Hyde (vocals)

5.30pm – Killead PC Choir with solos by Beverly Annett

6.00pm – Violin Trio (Carrie, Rachel & James)

6.30pm – Killead Worship Group

7.00pm – Organ music by John Murdock

7.30pm – Praise Service of Top Ten Hymns and Worship Songs

Afternoon tea will be served in the church hall throughout the afternoon, come and go as you please.

Service of Favourite Hymns and Songs

If you voted for your favourite hymns and spiritual songs, then I’m sure you will be keen to see and hear the Top Ten at the Praise Service to follow the Musical Afternoon on 15th April. The service begins at 7.30pm and, as well as singing your favourites, you will be able to hear something of the back story to each one.

Musical Afternoon

Sunday 15th April sees the return of our Musical Afternoon event. Various singers and musicians will perform from 3.00pm until 7.00pm in the church. At any time during this you can visit the church hall and indulge in Afternoon Tea.
