Big Breakfast in aid of Leukaenia & Lymphoma NI

All roads will lead to Killead Church Hall for a Charity Breakfast on Saturday 8th February. The event, hosted by Killead Friends of Leukaemia and Lymphoma NI, will take place in Killead Presbyterian Church Hall, and runs from 8.00am to 10.00am. You will be made most welcome and your support will be very much appreciated by this very worthy charity.It would be great if you could let us know if you plan to attend. Alan’s Ordination and Installation

Alan will be ordained and installed in Lissara Church on Friday 24th January. For more information, please check out the Bulletin.


Alan’s final Sunday

Our Assistant Minister, Alan Burke has been called to Lissara PC in Crossgar and, although we will all be very sad to say farewell, we send him our warmest congratulations. His final Sunday with us will be the 12th January and, following the morning service, a Farewell Lunch will be served in Loanends Church Hall at 1.45pm. If you intend to be present, please sign up on one of the clipboards in church.

Sunday 8th December

Morning Worship: What’s so important about the Sacraments? As well as looking at the importance of the Lord’s Supper, please bring along a wrapped gift which will be passed to the Belfast City Mission for distribution to a family in need.


Messy Church

An afternoon of fun for all the family. It’s Messy Advent on Sunday 1st December at 3.00pm with seasonal crafts, songs and a Bible Story. It all finishes with food together. All children must be accompanied by an adult.


ETC Youth Fellowship

All young people of at least Secondary School age are invited to “Table Talk”  on Sunday 24th November in Loanends Hall from 7.30pm to 9.15pm. This is the latest in the “Meals with Jesus” series.


Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper

The Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper will take place during Morning Worship on Sunday 17th November at 12.00noon. The Service of Thanksgiving will be held in Loanends PC at 7.30pm. Both services will be conducted by Rev. Derek Weir.


Remembrance Day Service

Our Remembrance Day Service of Worship will be held on Sunday 10th November at 12.00noon. Members of the Girls’ Brigade and Boys’ Brigade will take part.


Boy’s Brigade Charity Breakfast
